As far as seeing the 'other presidents birth certificates', all of them back to JFK have released them to congress for differing reasons. Robbing people of their natural rights, or preventing a human from the free exercise of their natural rights or legal rights, is also defined as an act of violence. You are the one that needs to do some reading and research. Try reading William Blackstone on the Common Laws of England. I am using the legal definition of violence, not the common layman usage.
