In my opinion, the only mistake this guy made was stating by: Frank Mills. He should have also said; "As played by me". He made this 'his' music and I rather enjoyed hearing it.

What he said is right. This is not his idea. It's Frank Mills' idea. The credit belongs to him, no matter how many variations the guy in the video makes to it, while the basic structure remains what Frank Mills' thought up.
