Awesome TA! ya i really want to get a new air intake for my 99 but the KN one is so expensive and its like the only one i can find, even on ebay they still go for quite a bit. I really wanna do some engine work like cams and maybe a super or twin turbo setup i just dont have the time or the room to do so. i have read that pulling the engine is a pain as well. maybe for the time being i will try some exhust mods like an X or H pipe and see if i cant find a new intake setup.
about an intake, join a ls1 forum and buy one there. I just bought K&N CAI from a guy there for 190, compared to 300+ new... Same deal, check the sound of it in my vids. Dont go with the lid btw

Sounds good man, how do you like it? I didn't really "feel" a big difference in power, but it sure is a lot faster than before. :)
