only thing wrong with the film is that he saw that he had to destroy the desert, and the worms themselves to further the true goals of the Golden Path. Freedom from the powers of prescience and the end of the ability of any 1 person to rule all of humanity

yeah, in the original story leto does not have to destroy the desert (at least not in children of dune), but the opposite. He has to destroy the ecological transformation to make the desert blossom again and help the worms survive.

Your right about one thing, no worms survive the transformation. Through him the sandtrouts come and then new worms

Actually the Emperor God does destroy the worms completly later during his reign. It is only at his death that his skin becomes new sandtrouts and the worm cycle starts again on Dune. :o)

i love this whole book series and the movies! i wish that they would make a movie out of god emperor soon. the other thing i didnt like about the 2nd movie was that they had different actors being idaho, jessica and i think stil might have had a different one to.

For this one, the video editing was pretty straight forward, I didn't have to do any lighting effects so I just used notepad. The credits are however done in After Effects.

Out of all the Dune adaptations, I think Children of Dune is the best one. It can be confusing/torture at first, the 1st hour is all boring exposition, politics & setup, learning about the father. But the last 2hrs are alot better as it's about Leto's journey and him making the sacrifice that his father could not make. After watching it a few times now, I just really love the story & Leto has become my favorite character of the Dune series, just because McAvoy makes him so likeable and cheeky.

Fortunately for you, you haven't seen "The Pool" or "Bollywood Queen" yet. Don't get me wrong he was good, but there is no amount of great acting that can save a horrible script.
