People abuse the whole ref rules thing. They lie about refs, then scam people. Which is why I always ask for them to send first. I have been scammed out of over $200 worth of stuff on hear. The whole ref rule is stupid.
@MonarchRULER how is it stupid, u go check out a few of the persons refs, its like when u get a credit card, if u pay back the credit when u use it you look good with credit so u can get bigger loans, and u have someone to go back to, its like refs, u have someone to go back too when ur trading
the money thing all u have to do it fold it up and put it in a toploader and then put it in a security envelope.
