  • Can I use a cheese grater or any kind of grater if I don't have that kind of utensil for the lemon zest?

  • @110cottoncandy Yes, the micro plane is not necessary. Using a cheese grater will be fine!

  • I made this the other night and the only thing I didn't do was put in the hot sauce, only because I forgot. This recipe is go good!!! It was definitely a hit with my husband and myself and I will be making it again. Thank you

  • This recipe is beautiful! I will be making it tonight. I may buy the jumbo variety I seen at Kroger in the same packaging. Last night I made your wild rice casserole with cheddar cheese soup instead of the chicken (modified vegetarian as i eat fish) WOW, my kids and husband adored it. I also wanted to give you credit for the fact that I made your potato sald and Sringtime fruit salad (the parfait cup with the whipped topping and strawberry glaze) at my 4th of July party...So many compliments! ;)

  • Love the recipe...I watch you because your very detailed in what you prepare...just a side note for fun: I learned to test pasta to see if it's ready, you just take a noodle and throw it on the refridgerator door or wall and if it sticks it's dont...:-) saw it on food network...and you should try out for their contest entries they always have contests lookinf for new chefs...Love ya...keep up the good wurx...

  • hmm. I tried this not to long ago and it was Okay. To me it was a lil dry and all of it didnt get flavors of the butter. Is it supposed to be like that or did i do something wrong?

  • @nasurdan This version is not dry at all; it's very juicy. It does not need as much pasta as I made.

  • I hate when people DON'T break their long noodles! I feel like one side is softer than the other and it drives me nuts!

  • I like doing this recipe with large Tiger shrimp...but they are so expensive
