I have no idea if it works on mac... If you make

a quick search about pc/mac .tks compatibility

then u'll be able to see what's going on.

I'm curently working on a .tsi (traktor pro) midi file.

PC: c2d 2.8, 2Gb RAM, winXP SP3

laptop: c2d 1.6, 2Gb RAM, winXP SP3

Traktor runs well in both machines, but I've made

a few typical windows tweaks for laptop performance boost.

Yes, for both.

But let me remind u all, that omni is just a simple

midi controller.

It's like a keyboard with buttons and knobs and sliders.

All u must do, is map those buttons to SOFTWARE functionality.

So, TRAKTOR is responsible for pretty much all the outcome.

Omni, is there to help users not to break fingers using keyboard/mouse,

and to also provide them with a more familiar panel/layout (CDJs, mixers, etc)

Please note that when you purchase the OMNI control, it comes with a cut down version of traktor, and you will have to purchase the full version ....

I had this, i think its very silly they do it this way.

I am very satisfied about the controller though

how is scrathcing with the omni control

As i've writen in the review (see MORE INFO), I'm not into

scratching but i think u need LARGER jog-wheels.

The position of the cross-fader and the jogs is good however.

Hey nice once.Just wanted to know about the latency lag with traktor 3 in comparisiopn with serato .Also can u hook up the omni to a external 4 channel mixer and if yes how?thanks cvyz

I have NO idea about the lag difference between Traktor/Serato and omni.

I've only used Traktor with omni, and there's no lag.

Omni has a good internal soundcard that operates really nice with traktor.

I'm not sure what u wanna do with omni and the 4 channel mixer, but

as u know... omni has 2 outpus. 1 master and 1 monitor...

Like I said, what is the reason about the 4 channel mixer?

If u let me know, I could give u a better answer.
