I also practiced Parkour for about 3 years... Only one broken bone at the beginning... Today I haven't got the passion for any kind of sports, sorry...

But I enjoy watching people who still have this passion! It's great to feel free in this way... With nothing but your body!

Today, I have another big dream: music!

And these people souldn't waste their energy with walking stairs... Parkour is something amazing and so easy in realtion to equipement...

To me, Parkour means freedom!

hahaha love the ending, it's like a little piece of the lifestyle-trend parkour videos, reminds me of traceurelements and openbox films, makes me happy because after 2005-6 when english community was arguing about pk/fr, now everybody is calm and focusing on the training, i even see people like asid working with pkgen for canon, sticky in rdv4, ryan doyle from wfpf in mexico's jam alongside blane and thomas... i'm loving the fact of a united parkour community, a big movement family. peace!
