LOL, thats kind of "special" ATMs are marked in Braille so that a blind person can have access to the ATM. Since a blind person travels with another person, taxi or whatever, the driver can pull up the to ATM, and the blind person can type in a pin number independently. Also there is a "phones" jack so that a person can hear everything through headphones. They can make transactions through auditory talking screens and menus. Bank of America is one example.
