For the speeding up shit, Just count the gears, Watch the RPM 's and you'll know what is the speed...

Don't forget 1st gear is about 100-120 Km/H i heared at least 5 gears... that means he should drive about at least 250 Km/H though it's not as fast as the real ghost rider drives, who know's these roads know that it pretty loaded with traffic... And the roads are pretty lousy too...
