Henry and Jimmy were slightly connected, but were not true mobsters in any scene. And the reason he said the quote about being killed by people you knew was because he was a low level guy, and there was no need for a hitman. A low level guy is easy to whack, because he is told what to do and where to go.

Tony didn't die, come on. This show was like a window on Tony's life for roughly a decade in story time. His life goes the same way it did before the series, maybe in the future he does get wacked, or arrested and convicted but in Tony's life that could have happened at any time. It just didn't in the during the time period we got to observe the characters life.
