  • Such a unique sound.

  • Look everybody at 0:14, thats what im talkin about

  • EL MEJOR PUBLICO DEL MUNDO / THE BEST CROWD EVER

  • This is a song they didn't like to do live because of all the overdubs. Sounds good to me, Jimmy

  • I don't get why its called Page & Plant this is Led Zeppelin know matter

how you look at it. I think there just keeping it low profile from the Media.

    The word Led Zeppelin would have been to much i guess;

I think Jones was Parkin the Car at this point.

  • saw this show in Memphis, TN. they opened with this song. It was an awesome show, and since I never saw zeppelin, it was like seeing jesus, or elvis, or the beatles. The best, most amazing concert I've ever been to. truly a religious experience for me, I'll never forget it. 6th row, front and center. wow. Thanks LZJoker

  • @thndrlzrd Well, that's an interesting comment. I always thought Zeppelin was best viewed as a religious phenomena. I'm a big fan of them on a musical level of course...but I feel that critics of their live performances are missing the point entirely when they want to bitch about a sloppy solo from Page or a missed high note from Rob. IT'S SO MUCH BIGGER THAN THAT. Zeppelin was and is a kind of religious movement (a very important one, I think), and it's still very much alive.

  • I love the Wanton Song and i love Wanton Soup

  • Nice version...cheers for sharing!!

  • wow look at the videos from 96 to another show in 98...big difference in weight and looks

  • Sorry to hear about the drummer Michael Lee passing away. Just curious, how did he die?

  • @gordlightfootfan

I read it was most likely the result of an epileptic fit

  • I personally like Micheal Lees licks over Jasons but hey add JPJ to that mix and wow.....imo lol Rip Micheal

  • lee was better than Jason, but he, like jason, just never got it

  • Page and Plant.. No Quarter Tour.. Jimmy page with Robert Plants solo band. Michael Lee on drums since Fate of Nations Tour( ten times better than Jason Bohnam) and Charlie Jones back from Manic Nirvana..

  • This just does not pack the same punch as the Zep. It's too bad. It goes to show just how PIVOTAL Bonzo was to their success.

  • Great rendition. RIP Michael Lee, such a great drummer and precious loss of life. And did you see that audience? Freakin' amazing! Wish I'd been there!

  • TWS always gives me goose bumps... MERCY PERCY !! lol ~~:o)

  • south american audiences are the best.

    PERIOD!

  • HAAHAH!!

plant at the very beginning is hilarious!!

  • hahahahaha i know!!!

  • @jamesscott1015 I didn't noticed that then rewinded the video, then Lol'd!

  • Drummer is Plants long time friend and I've seen him many times on tour. He's not John Bonham, but then again who is? Even his son can't hold a flame to him, but he's also a good drummer in his own right. I saw them twice on the 96 tour but did not see them play The Wonton Song until they opened with it in 98 tour, which shoked me cause they hadn't opened a show with it since 75..or so I thought. Now I know they were practicing in SA

    :)

  • The Drummer is Michael Lee. Unfortunately he's also dead now.

  • BONHAM WAS THE BEST EVERRRRRRRRRRR

  • the drummer here is pretty damn good though

  • NO HAY MAS DE ESTE CONCUERTO ???

  • michael lee rocks!!! R.I.P!!

  • this guy is great!!

  • ZOMG GIGANTIC SNARE!!!!

  • even my left ball!

  • Jesus Christ, why does every zeppelin video have people bitching about the drummer? Yeah, Bonham was a great drummer, we fucking get it. But he's dead, stop your bitching.

  • This guy has no groove and plays way too fast. Bonham schools his ass.

  • hes not bad . no john bonham . he passed away last month rip

  • john bonham? he passed away in 1980

  • this drummer here passed away last november :( :(

  • fuck this drummer. he sucks.

  • Read my comment below... how can you be so rude twoards a dead man.

  • wait a minute, can you not read? the comment I made was from TWO MONTHS AGO; Lee died on the 25th of November [4 days ago] , so quite frankly, you are chatting shit.

  • shit man.... I am sorry. For a moment it looked like 2 days ago.

    No hard feelings.

    R.I.P. Michael

  • It is forgiven fella (:

  • led zeppelin junto con guns n roses y ac/dc son las 3 bandas mas grandes de hard rock

una pena que ya no toquen juntos

y que en su momento se le poca bola al grupo que eran

no hablo de zeppelin como grupo, hablo cuando pagge y plant tocaban

  • plant sounded way different in the 90s compared to the 70s. his voice has further changed since then, but it's stronger and more distinctive these days. here he just sounds okay.

  • what the fuck is that dickhead drummer doing? he looks like a fucking stick with hair atached to it and his kit sounds shit

  • Michael Lee is my fav drummer and IMO the BEST!

You can dissagree, but at least give some respect to a dead man.

  • I didnt know, no disrespect but im not a fan of his drumming.

  • I'd give anything to be drumming with these guys!

  • hey not bad for old timers...haha you cant not love Jimmy Page

    Sounds like a fucking robot.

  • salvaje

  • So where is the rest of this concert footage?

  • LOL ... They wrote Ocean about the audience ... and ... THIS IS ONE TEMPESTUOUS SEA!!! ... GOTTA LOVE THE PASSION!

... and ... Robert, darling, please bring us another LZ tour ... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!

  • i live in argentina too. everyone knows and loves led zeppelin.

  • I live in Argentina, and Led Zeppelin are the most respected, loved, and admired band. You can just see that by the reaction of the fans!

  • Michael Lee is the drummer and Charlie Jones is the bassist.

  • They left the best Jones at home.

  • Haha.

  • @UC7media

yea, jpj is a force to be reckoned with on bass.

  • Aguanten los redondos y Led Zeppeling!

  • aguante!

Aguante LED ZEPPELIN y LOS REDONDOS!

  • the original had a rotary effect of some sort. i would guess they used some other rotary or a phase effect on this one.

  • oh my fucking god, this video gave me an orgasm!

  • damn that drummers crazy!

  • Holy crap, Robert's voice sounds amazing here!

  • aaahhhh!!! i couldn´t go!!!! they played in my country and i couldn´t go!!!!!! :( no pude ir ese dia!! p*%$@!!! que bronca me da.....

  • Great upload...thanks....muito obligado.

    Thanks for posting it!

  • aguante argentina y zeppelin...

  • Who is this drumer?!

    anyone tell me

  • He's Michael Lee and some said that he is "possessed" by the Bonzo Bonham spirit (as they said). I think that Bonzo was and will be "one and only no-copy drummer". Even Michael uses techniques and drums sets similar as those used by Bonzo.

  • Do you know with who this drummer played??

  • He was the drummer in bands like Thin Lizzy, The Cult and Echo & the Bunnymens

  • Thanx a lot...He s great!!!!!!!

  • His name is Charlie.... Or is it Lee? I think it's Charlie something. I forget.
