You are correct. There is only Pure Being, the Self (âtmâ, which is Brahman), but the non-apprehension of Reality, creates a misapprehension. The not-Self has no reality of it's own. It's reality is only apparent, like a ghost that is mistakenly projected on a post. Thank you for your comment.
what is non self?. according to advaitham, there is nothing which is non self. everything within and without is composed of the self
