Jack, why are you so mad boy? Does your precious water get mad? If youre striving to be like water, you have love me long time to go. Control y'self bro, big mouth-big trouble with someone not as forgiving as me.Also,if you my sifu I kick myself out the door drag myself in the alley and beat the shyte out of my own ass till the cows come home, Got It?
Damagetua, to be honest with you, I don't think you know much about Chinese history and our culture. You are continuing making your SiFu loss face. I'm very disappointed. In Chinese culture, SiFu is like our father. When you see a child being rude and disrespectful, we will say his father don't know how to teach his kids. Like father, like son. You are representing you "father" out here, got it?
Are you doing something to my comment thing, I can't reply any message! if this is the way you want it, fine. You just don't what to face the truth huh
I believe you are mad because I, and others, disagree with you, rather than having disrespect for the old man.If I say he good ging and I dont mean it, that is more disrespectful, get it? If I didnt know better I would say that the video is of YOU.
Why people disrespect Chinese Kung Fu? It's simply we are not doing our best to respect each other. How can we ask people to respect us? If you think you are or there are better stuff, simply post it up and explain how it can be more effective. I will totally respect that and I believe most people will. Also even if you are better, you don't need to tell by putting others down to prove you are correct. This, is call having responsiblity & respect.
Listen Jack, WE(YOU & I) disagree on the ability of the old man, so now you think MY sifu lose face? HIS face is fine and YOU may well agree in time that the loss of face was YOURS...not MINE. Sifu Lee isnt aware of my messaging and therefore owns no disgrace if there IS such, END OF STORY!
Hey Damagetua, I don't agree and I never had said the old man had bad Ging. You are the one who said that, not me. Like most people agree on here, this old man got Ging. His Ging is better than many people. But might not be as good as your Sifu. That's all.
It would help if you read the messages properly Jack, I never accused you of saying the old man had bad ging. Also, if most of the people here said 2+2=5, does not make that so, get it? Also, you are what we Samoan people call 'standing in a dead library'. Please refrain from commenting on my Sifu as I cant afford to fly up to Canada to tell you in person.
The reason I got pissed is because I don't understand why people can't respect each other especially when they are from the same root. I don't know how SiFu Lee teaches his students and I don't care how good his Kung Fu is even I repspect his Kung Fu a lot. But when we see these people train from SiFu Lee and all they do is don't know how to respect an elder master from the same root, they are not just disgracing themselves, but also lossing their own SiFu's face.
Sad performance made worse sped up to mask lack of 'real' speed, ie lack of power. Good attempt to fool the masses, almost slipped past me except I happened to be awake at the time.
This is a well performance from an old master and please respect that. Even he is not in our school but he is also a part of Bak Mei. I'm not saying he is the best or stuff like that but if you don't see there is ging in him, you are either lying, or being cocky, and simply you don't know any shit.
wow, i practiced lung ying before as well, for about 2 years onlt but... very rare style.. not many clips on the net.. i would like to see the sam tung form... if you have any clips of that..fanx..
Are you talking about "Sam Tung Kol Q"? One of my SiDi is good at that. It's also a short form. I will let him know someone want to see it on youtube. But I wonder if he have a Cam-Corder or not...
Yes, Kung Fu is fun and it's a cool way to help a person understand the nature. But I warn you, the path of Kung Fu can be very lonely, especially when all the people who started with you gave up and you are the only one at where you are. Beside, the biggest problem is that Kung Fu wouldn't help you meet girls ^^ (not like piano and music stuff)
SiFu Lee is really good! I love him! But in fact, everyone one's Pak Mei should be a little different. One shouldn't focus on the "dead" forms too much (kinda like what Bruce Lee said, be formless). As long as there is good ging and solid stands, and speed, real power will come and that's the most important. For me, I would "hide chest and stomach" even more just because I'm a smaller guy. If he finds that's position uncomfortable, keep the back more straight is totally acceptable ^^
Everyones PM is a bit diff, but should all be "alike" otherwise is it PM? This clip is as poor in quality as in performance. Bruce is dead and had good form rather than 'formless', how can you hold water in a cup that doesnt exist?
My SiGung is Lau Siu Chun and my SiFu is Lau Chi Fai. I'm not sure how your SiFu teach you but my SiFu taught us also be formless. You don't need "form" to hold your water, you are the water itself, get it? The form only ther to help us understand the "way", and everybody should walk their own path, not the path to control where you should go or not.
Thanks for your reply,I know about the water, get it?Performing a form and being formless, everybody looks different doing same movements is contradiction in terms, get it? Bruce learnt many classical forms then turned on them, can he develop formlessness(JKD) without learning a form? well he didnt did he? Forms are for person to feel his energy movement around body, single movements are key. Respect to the old man, but do I need to think him great as you do?
Damagetua, I don't really know how many years you have train MA, but you are the kind of people we Chinese people called "Reading A Dead Book". You think Bruce Lee betrayed Chinese MA? You are a real fool than. He is the one who combine all the good stuff into what's effective for himself. That's called MA enlightenment. You should learn that 2.
Listen Jack, you have so far called me a fool, a liar, cocky and made comments about my Sifu with no just cause. As far as Im concerned Bruce was a freak of nature and much to be admired, however, he did diss classical forms as being constrictive and illogical and is well known to have no respect for many sifus at the time. You have enlightened me to the fact that you are a very spoilt little brat and a very tough typer who cant stand people to disagree.
You know who is the best BM practicer? It's Bak Mei himself and him only! We can never be better than him or even be good like him if we don't change it into our own stuff. That's the only way to improve and take the knowledge into the next step. And Bruce Lee have done that in his short life so you can see people respect Chinese Kung Fu a lot more cause of him. Now do you get it!?
@WhiteEyebrowJack that is so true, so meany peapol make the error of trying to clone a style when they should adapt it to them selvs like bruce lee said: have no way as a way.
I totally agree that outputting ging effectively is another story...what I mean is somehow what you said in the last reply...anyway, we both are doing good chi gung, thats why I opened some of my personal thoughts , which you know we all get some thoughts when we practice...wish you nice weekend
I just uploaded a Bak Fu Pai clip, a form done by our Teacher Grandmaster Doo Wai. The link didn't pasted here...do a video search on youtube under Bak Fu Pai.
do not misunderstand me...what I mean is the phase where ging should explode and where it shouldn't, plus chi gung already gives us natural flow of ging
hmm... So your definition of "Ging" is different than us. Then where do you think "Ging" should explode and where it shouldn't? What I understand is Chi Gung will help a person to build up the internal Chi; but outputing it effectively is another story. Today, there are many people who know Chi Gung very well and they still might not know how to use Chi in striking (Ging). Especially those one who train only the sitting types of Chi Gung.
you misunderstood me...am not saying its different
...I mean the Taoist theory, which says we have to move naturally, that sometimes makes me think...even I don't ask to our Teacher about it...its in my thoughts only and that comes when I do form practice
I think what you are talking about is the kind of Chi Gung more like the Tai Chi style types (Chi Gung with slow movements). I also do these types of Chi Gung because like you said it will slowly educate the body to flow with the Chi so "Ging" (the correct explosive movement) will come naturally. But this is not the only type of Chi Gung. There are so many other types of Chi Gung have not much to do with MA at all.
Anyway...nice site...the ging definition in the site is different from my point of view...anyway...wish you all nice training as I wish to myself too:)
He is my SiDi. I'm also called Jacky. When they built this site, I leaved the club many years ago for work in Hong Kong. About 3 years ago I join back to the club and trainned my ass off. Now I'm also one of the instructor too. They haven't updated the website ever from day 1. Because Chow was gone to other place for study and he was the one who built the site.
Of course^^ I do both soft Chi Gung and hard Chi Gong. But I like soft Chi Gong to gain internal Chi more. That way it wouldn't be that easy to injure myself and it will benefit the health more.
Jack, seems you are from Hong Kong Bak Mei association, they know our Teacher very well and they respect Him very much. I hope Kaanan tells us some history...by the way which clip is done badly?...he didn't put any link
I'm not from the Hong Kong Bak Mei association. In fact I don't even know any of them in person. I'm from "White Eyebrow Hup Ging Do Association". Which is one of the largest Bak Mei club in Canada.
For your info BTW, Youtube have stopped allowing people to post any web link here in the comments section started yesterday, I had trouble posting the links about the history stuff here too.
Thank you WhiteeyebrowJack...indeed we are martial arts brothers. What I mean with that technique is not the name...name is not that important...but as I said and am very sure of it...if supposedly a person can crack a raw egg from distance and even the egg gets condensed inside like when you boil an egg....then that personcan stop an opponent's heart from distance. I never said that the name is true...we all heard that in Kill Bill V2.
Lets leave history to the past. we are training in styles where there is true internal training. We are not discussing who is superior, that would be nonsense. I know our styles have the true internal chi gung, and they are Taoist way of chi gung. Just enjoy your training as I do to my training. we are brothers in Martial Arts.
Feel free to post anything here and share your experience anytime! According to Bak Fu's history, it's been hidden from the public even longer then Bak Mei, so it's even more mysterious! I'm sure many people who have the passion in MA will be interested to know more (including me ^^)
I see, no wonder I never heard "5 point exploding fist" from my SiFu before (and I thought it was some secret stuff that I'm too shallow to know...) Anyway, as I said before, this clip is not done by me and I got this clip from Bak Mei's main association website quite some time ago. Their club is one of the biggest around the world and they are in Hong Kong. And this old guy is one of their SiFu. If you think this is a bad clip, I have nothing to do with it. To me, he is pretty good, honesty.
Btw Kaanan, if you think there are better stuff out there, please post it here on Youtube. I can only found 2 clips here and they are from "Sigung Chan Kwok" & "Han Zhong Luo" here on Youtube, that's all. And they are not "better clips" as you said they are. The old guy above simply have better "Ging" and the form is very solid Bak Mei stand (Down elbow and shoulder; Hidden chest and stomach). May be you are talking about the quality of the clip, not the person inside, right?
Well Damagetua, I don't really understand you at all. Yes, this video is in poor quality. I agree too. And it could be been speeded up a bit, but it's not that much. How come you can't respect an old master showing his form?
which site did you went? because there are sites which are twisting the history. There is no 5 elders, there are only 4 monks and one nun. and no one is the leader.
We are not saying our style is better than Bak mei, nor I accept the a Bak Mei Pai person tells that about our style. You know being good in a style depends on how a student has trained. We have the strong internal ging too, but now I can not show because am still training
Sorry DrHarout, I'm not trying to dis you bro. In fact I respect all MAs especially internal MAs. May be my English is bad or something... Anyway, there were 5 elders and Bak Mei was their leader (You are right that they are 4 monks and a nun). But then he leave Shaolin and went to O'mie Mountain. Because Shaolin believed he betrayed them so they had a big fight and Bak Mei killed a lot of them... (not that I agree with what he did or I simply not there so I won't know who's right or wrong)
But I also found other website said Fung Do Duk is also one of the 5 elders.
About the 5 elders history, they are everywhere. You can check out the Wikipedia website. It have nothing to do with Bak Mei, what they've researched can be more trustable.
There are some Bak Fu Pai clips posted here on youtube...They are done by our Teacher Grandmaster Doo Wai. In time, I might also upload some Bak Fu Pai clips.
I just checked the website out and I found that Fung Do Duk share almost the same history as Bak Mei. Bak Mei was the leader of the 5 elders from South Shaolin. But according to your web, Fung Do Duk was not 1 of the 5 elders; then they both went to O'mie Mountain almost at the same time... Could that means Fung Do Duk is one of the students of Bak Mei? Because Bak Fu and Bak Mei looks a lot alike. You guys seems to train the form faster then us but the Internal Ging is not as strong.
I know that saying...but we all know the main important is the ging...I mean the real ging..not the external...the one that breaks the coconut or brick by putting the hand away an inch or less and hitting it. Personally I don't take that the forms are for fighting...because for me one form is enough for fighting...the most important is the ging and how can a person use it in the fights. ...wish you joyful training with your Pai :)
Yes, internal Ging is the core. But different forms show different tech of moves for combat situations. Some will work better for some people and the others might not. Different stage of that person can have different understanding on the moves too. But you are right, as long as one is really good in the moves in just one form, that form can be quite enough ^^ Wish your MA trainning all the best too DrHarout!
Indeed. Unfortunately not everyone realize how good this old master is and rated this video lower then 4 stars. I don't even know who this old man is and Bak Mei is not the only MA I train. But to me, this guy is really good and for sure 5 stars. Most people today only like those flashy stunt, high flying eye catching stuff but don't realize those are the fakes and rated it higher than this old man's true skill... I really feel sorry for him...
He is very good...and am sorry for my mistake, the form is not high level training form, its an actual form...and the master is performing it very good...yes he deserves more than 5 stars
This is an intermediate Bak Mei form. There is a few more advance forms like "18 Contact Bridge Gong". There is a Bak Mei saying, "don't care how deep your Kung-Fu level is, you will most fear the 18 Contact Bridge Gong!"
I know it sounds cocky but this is how the old masters use to say it >o<
I havn't watch that movie yet, is it any good? I heard it kinda cheesey, is it? I only watched some of the clips here on Youtube, it seems kinda funny...
But the trainings in Kill Bill II is very basic part of the training...and she should have used dit da jow, otherwise the hands get damaged and ging will not flow.
lets remember, a person when does internal ging breaks, its not the hand that is doing the break, its the chi/energy that is doing the break.
Hmmm... There is something I don't understand about Bak Fu Pai... Many of the forms you guys do is almost the same as Bak Mei and your school seems to combine few othe styles too. Is Bak Fu an unique art that mixed all the styles to create a completely new style or it's just adding them all up? I'm not saying this in a bad way, I just want to know the different. Because I really can't find anything about Bak Fu's history at all...
No, Bak Fu Pai has its own unique forms...there aren't forms from other styles....yes there are names which are similar with Bak Mei, but the essance is different. Bak Fu Pai is not a new style...its almost 400 year old style and its family inherited.
yes Bak Mei Pai has it...but how many in the world knows it? its in the internal chi gung sets of Bak Mei Pai....supposedly if you can crack lets say an egg from a distance of 5 feet then the person is approaching to that unique ging.
Hey, I didn't make this video, I just download this clip from a website. My friend Akirahojo never really saw a Bak Mei form before so I just put it up here for him and for people who want to know what's Bak Mei style looks like.
Against the argument, I will say it does look a little speeded up but that could go as far as varying by when ti was recorded since some cameras don't capture speed well.
But none the less, ging is there. The sink, the rise, it is all there.

Damagetua 5 years ago
The reason I got pissed is because I don't understand why people can't respect each other especially when they are from the same root. I don't know how SiFu Lee teaches his students and I don't care how good his Kung Fu is even I repspect his Kung Fu a lot. But when we see these people train from SiFu Lee and all they do is don't know how to respect an elder master from the same root, they are not just disgracing themselves, but also lossing their own SiFu's face.
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
Sad performance made worse sped up to mask lack of 'real' speed, ie lack of power. Good attempt to fool the masses, almost slipped past me except I happened to be awake at the time.
Damagetua 5 years ago
This is a well performance from an old master and please respect that. Even he is not in our school but he is also a part of Bak Mei. I'm not saying he is the best or stuff like that but if you don't see there is ging in him, you are either lying, or being cocky, and simply you don't know any shit.
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
Nah, I think you fooled us.
deadasoren 5 years ago
ok then
Damagetua 5 years ago
@Damagetua why dont you say that to his face, i think he would be happy to tell you that he got speed and power.

What kind of martial arts form is Sam Tung Kol Q from?
deadasoren 5 years ago
Sam Tung Gor Q is one of the form from Dragon style. You can say it's a cousin of the Bak Mei style^^
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
would any of u guys have clips on dragon style (lung ying) since its a similar style to you guys..

I know Lung Ying myself. 16 Holes is my favorite. But don't have a Cam-Corder...

^^kung fu I mean
deadasoren 5 years ago
Yes, Kung Fu is fun and it's a cool way to help a person understand the nature. But I warn you, the path of Kung Fu can be very lonely, especially when all the people who started with you gave up and you are the only one at where you are. Beside, the biggest problem is that Kung Fu wouldn't help you meet girls ^^ (not like piano and music stuff)

look under sifu lee for a clip of nine steps.
his jik bo is already on youtube under pak mei.
You my not like it since your pak mei is done different.
Kaanan 5 years ago
SiFu Lee is really good! I love him! But in fact, everyone one's Pak Mei should be a little different. One shouldn't focus on the "dead" forms too much (kinda like what Bruce Lee said, be formless). As long as there is good ging and solid stands, and speed, real power will come and that's the most important. For me, I would "hide chest and stomach" even more just because I'm a smaller guy. If he finds that's position uncomfortable, keep the back more straight is totally acceptable ^^
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago 2
Everyones PM is a bit diff, but should all be "alike" otherwise is it PM? This clip is as poor in quality as in performance. Bruce is dead and had good form rather than 'formless', how can you hold water in a cup that doesnt exist?
Damagetua 5 years ago
My SiGung is Lau Siu Chun and my SiFu is Lau Chi Fai. I'm not sure how your SiFu teach you but my SiFu taught us also be formless. You don't need "form" to hold your water, you are the water itself, get it? The form only ther to help us understand the "way", and everybody should walk their own path, not the path to control where you should go or not.
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
Thanks for your reply,I know about the water, get it?Performing a form and being formless, everybody looks different doing same movements is contradiction in terms, get it? Bruce learnt many classical forms then turned on them, can he develop formlessness(JKD) without learning a form? well he didnt did he? Forms are for person to feel his energy movement around body, single movements are key. Respect to the old man, but do I need to think him great as you do?
Damagetua 5 years ago
Damagetua, I don't really know how many years you have train MA, but you are the kind of people we Chinese people called "Reading A Dead Book". You think Bruce Lee betrayed Chinese MA? You are a real fool than. He is the one who combine all the good stuff into what's effective for himself. That's called MA enlightenment. You should learn that 2.
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
Listen Jack, you have so far called me a fool, a liar, cocky and made comments about my Sifu with no just cause. As far as Im concerned Bruce was a freak of nature and much to be admired, however, he did diss classical forms as being constrictive and illogical and is well known to have no respect for many sifus at the time. You have enlightened me to the fact that you are a very spoilt little brat and a very tough typer who cant stand people to disagree.
Damagetua 5 years ago
You know who is the best BM practicer? It's Bak Mei himself and him only! We can never be better than him or even be good like him if we don't change it into our own stuff. That's the only way to improve and take the knowledge into the next step. And Bruce Lee have done that in his short life so you can see people respect Chinese Kung Fu a lot more cause of him. Now do you get it!?
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago 2

DrHarout 5 years ago
do not misunderstand me...what I mean is the phase where ging should explode and where it shouldn't, plus chi gung already gives us natural flow of ging
DrHarout 5 years ago
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
you misunderstood me...am not saying its different
...I mean the Taoist theory, which says we have to move naturally, that sometimes makes me think...even I don't ask to our Teacher about it...its in my thoughts only and that comes when I do form practice
DrHarout 5 years ago
I think what you are talking about is the kind of Chi Gung more like the Tai Chi style types (Chi Gung with slow movements). I also do these types of Chi Gung because like you said it will slowly educate the body to flow with the Chi so "Ging" (the correct explosive movement) will come naturally. But this is not the only type of Chi Gung. There are so many other types of Chi Gung have not much to do with MA at all.
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
Anyway...nice site...the ging definition in the site is different from my point of view...anyway...wish you all nice training as I wish to myself too:)
DrHarout 5 years ago
I surfed your site. Are you Jack Chow?
DrHarout 5 years ago
He is my SiDi. I'm also called Jacky. When they built this site, I leaved the club many years ago for work in Hong Kong. About 3 years ago I join back to the club and trainned my ass off. Now I'm also one of the instructor too. They haven't updated the website ever from day 1. Because Chow was gone to other place for study and he was the one who built the site.
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
Jack, you do chi gung exercises with breath control yes?
DrHarout 5 years ago
Of course^^ I do both soft Chi Gung and hard Chi Gong. But I like soft Chi Gong to gain internal Chi more. That way it wouldn't be that easy to injure myself and it will benefit the health more.
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
Jack, seems you are from Hong Kong Bak Mei association, they know our Teacher very well and they respect Him very much. I hope Kaanan tells us some history...by the way which clip is done badly?...he didn't put any link
DrHarout 5 years ago
I'm not from the Hong Kong Bak Mei association. In fact I don't even know any of them in person. I'm from "White Eyebrow Hup Ging Do Association". Which is one of the largest Bak Mei club in Canada.
For your info BTW, Youtube have stopped allowing people to post any web link here in the comments section started yesterday, I had trouble posting the links about the history stuff here too.
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
Thank you WhiteeyebrowJack...indeed we are martial arts brothers. What I mean with that technique is not the name...name is not that important...but as I said and am very sure of it...if supposedly a person can crack a raw egg from distance and even the egg gets condensed inside like when you boil an egg....then that personcan stop an opponent's heart from distance. I never said that the name is true...we all heard that in Kill Bill V2.
DrHarout 5 years ago
Lets leave history to the past. we are training in styles where there is true internal training. We are not discussing who is superior, that would be nonsense. I know our styles have the true internal chi gung, and they are Taoist way of chi gung. Just enjoy your training as I do to my training. we are brothers in Martial Arts.
DrHarout 5 years ago
Indeed brother ^^
Feel free to post anything here and share your experience anytime! According to Bak Fu's history, it's been hidden from the public even longer then Bak Mei, so it's even more mysterious! I'm sure many people who have the passion in MA will be interested to know more (including me ^^)
Thanks again for sharing DrHarout!

white tiger kung fu is not very recognized by chinese sifu, so i woudnt take what they say at face value.
this is also a terrible clip, speed up and badly done.
look under pak mei for some better clips.
Kaanan 5 years ago
nine steps push is an intermediate/advanced form, and one of the 3 original forms of bak mei.
It is also the most famous form of the style used by most sifu to show of the fast hands and aggressive nature of the style.
I am bak mei clan and i can tell you our history is not the same as drharout is telling you.
there is no 5 point exploding fist either, i also cannot fly nor do i have x ray vision.
Kaanan 5 years ago
I see, no wonder I never heard "5 point exploding fist" from my SiFu before (and I thought it was some secret stuff that I'm too shallow to know...) Anyway, as I said before, this clip is not done by me and I got this clip from Bak Mei's main association website quite some time ago. Their club is one of the biggest around the world and they are in Hong Kong. And this old guy is one of their SiFu. If you think this is a bad clip, I have nothing to do with it. To me, he is pretty good, honesty.
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
Btw Kaanan, if you think there are better stuff out there, please post it here on Youtube. I can only found 2 clips here and they are from "Sigung Chan Kwok" & "Han Zhong Luo" here on Youtube, that's all. And they are not "better clips" as you said they are. The old guy above simply have better "Ging" and the form is very solid Bak Mei stand (Down elbow and shoulder; Hidden chest and stomach). May be you are talking about the quality of the clip, not the person inside, right?
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
Sigung Chan Kwok-Wah is OUR sigung, and Sifu Lee OUR sifu. This person simply doesnt display 'GING' at all. The only reason to speed it up, ISNT IT?!
Damagetua 5 years ago
Well Damagetua, I don't really understand you at all. Yes, this video is in poor quality. I agree too. And it could be been speeded up a bit, but it's not that much. How come you can't respect an old master showing his form?

WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
which site did you went? because there are sites which are twisting the history.
DrHarout 5 years ago
Sorry DrHarout, I'm not trying to dis you bro. In fact I respect all MAs especially internal MAs. May be my English is bad or something... Anyway, there were 5 elders and Bak Mei was their leader (You are right that they are 4 monks and a nun). But then he leave Shaolin and went to O'mie Mountain. Because Shaolin believed he betrayed them so they had a big fight and Bak Mei killed a lot of them... (not that I agree with what he did or I simply not there so I won't know who's right or wrong)
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
haha this was almost the same as what Bill said in Kill Bill Vol.2
deadasoren 5 years ago
Really!? I got to get a hand of that movie fast lol
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
But I also found other website said Fung Do Duk is also one of the 5 elders.
About the 5 elders history, they are everywhere. You can check out the Wikipedia website. It have nothing to do with Bak Mei, what they've researched can be more trustable.
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
There are some Bak Fu Pai clips posted here on youtube...They are done by our Teacher Grandmaster Doo Wai. In time, I might also upload some Bak Fu Pai clips.
DrHarout 5 years ago
There are sites and you can find them by search. these sites are owned and run by students of Grandmaster Doo Wai.
DrHarout 5 years ago
I just checked the website out and I found that Fung Do Duk share almost the same history as Bak Mei. Bak Mei was the leader of the 5 elders from South Shaolin. But according to your web, Fung Do Duk was not 1 of the 5 elders; then they both went to O'mie Mountain almost at the same time... Could that means Fung Do Duk is one of the students of Bak Mei? Because Bak Fu and Bak Mei looks a lot alike. You guys seems to train the form faster then us but the Internal Ging is not as strong.
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
I know that saying...but we all know the main important is the ging...I mean the real ging..not the external...the one that breaks the coconut or brick by putting the hand away an inch or less and hitting it. Personally I don't take that the forms are for fighting...because for me one form is enough for fighting...the most important is the ging and how can a person use it in the fights. ...wish you joyful training with your Pai :)
DrHarout 5 years ago
Yes, internal Ging is the core. But different forms show different tech of moves for combat situations. Some will work better for some people and the others might not. Different stage of that person can have different understanding on the moves too. But you are right, as long as one is really good in the moves in just one form, that form can be quite enough ^^ Wish your MA trainning all the best too DrHarout!
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
yes, different forms give different techniques to different body types and the practitionar uses what suits for him
DrHarout 5 years ago
Its high level training form. Bak Mei has ging training chi gung meditations.
DrHarout 5 years ago
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
He is very good...and am sorry for my mistake, the form is not high level training form, its an actual form...and the master is performing it very good...yes he deserves more than 5 stars
DrHarout 5 years ago
Yes, he sure deserves that^^
This is an intermediate Bak Mei form.
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
It looks like the five point palm explosion technique.
deadasoren 5 years ago
Hey deadasoren! Didn't know you like MA too! Where did you hear that term?

Kill Bill Vol 2
deadasoren 5 years ago
I havn't watch that movie yet, is it any good? I heard it kinda cheesey, is it? I only watched some of the clips here on Youtube, it seems kinda funny...
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
Kill Bill Vol.1 is my favorite movie of all time. Vol. 2 is ok. I used the soundtrack from the short films I have made and starred in.
deadasoren 5 years ago
But the trainings in Kill Bill II is very basic part of the training...and she should have used dit da jow, otherwise the hands get damaged and ging will not flow.
lets remember, a person when does internal ging breaks, its not the hand that is doing the break, its the chi/energy that is doing the break.
DrHarout 5 years ago
Very well said ^^ agree with you 100% DrHarout! By the way, you seems to be a experienced Bak Mei guy. Where do you train?
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
No, am not in Bak Mei Pai...am in Bak Fu Pai Family
DrHarout 5 years ago
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
No, Bak Fu Pai has its own unique forms...there aren't forms from other styles....yes there are names which are similar with Bak Mei, but the essance is different. Bak Fu Pai is not a new style...its almost 400 year old style and its family inherited.
DrHarout 5 years ago
I see ^^ Is there any websites you can refer me to?
WhiteEyebrowJack 5 years ago
yes Bak Mei Pai has it...but how many in the world knows it? its in the internal chi gung sets of Bak Mei Pai....supposedly if you can crack lets say an egg from a distance of 5 feet then the person is approaching to that unique ging.
