you dont have to melt it to stir the pigment/shadow in the whole point of melting it would be to form it to the container when pouring it in. if you melted it toward the end in a microwave safe bowl (wont get as hot) then poured it in and let it cool it looks better. just sayin. bees wax would be great to add to make it a balm but as is this isnt a "balm" persay but more gloss. hope this helps!

@NailPolishCreater u can u flat irons by taking the vaseline in a spoon and sit the spoon on the flat iron gently hold if need and wait till liquid and add ur color or watever
