the fish wasnt going after the duck or ducklings..it was just going for the bread,simply bad timing for the duck and probably a sore mouth for the duck and trout.haha

Good sized trout. It might be big enough to take a duckling.

If the pond had comparable sized pike, you'd see the ducklings disappearing one by one.
