  • The Raven says, "Yo, Grunch just ahead!"

The derivative time bombs are set to go off next week. Better get some physical cash on hand...

  • If you combine it with (do your homework) history. From John D. Rockfeller's founding the GED.General Education Department to the Bibles' Babylon You see how todays So-called Globalization is like "mystery, Mother of harlots and abominations" Whats happening to US will happen to World. Thanks america in the name of Democracy, or so we have all been convinced. Its okay though what we have dished out 's gonna come back on us. Just look at the middle east. Heres to our leaders yay. Geniuses!

  • It's not as complex to understand as people may think. What Grunch actually is....is a "tendency" of behavior that can be understood. This behavior is perpetuated by the socio-economic we have in place. If you analyze our monetary system you'll find "WHY" this behavior is perpetuated. That said, it's time to apply the SOLUTIONS. To date, the Venus Project advocates the most viable, logical, workable solutions. See for yourself.

The sooner the better. People are dying.

  • I found out about this book in Robert Kiyosaki's book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and wanted to buy it. Amazingly it was offer from Amazon Marketplace for between £40 and £100. My god...so I googled it and found out that I could read it for free on many sites. Fabulous. So I now have it and am about to devour it. Great stuff. I'll be sharing this with lots of people.

  • @FionaStolze That is expensive! Thanks for your support.

  • @FionaStolze, in which site did you read it for free?

    Thanks in advance

  • @ElBizcochito88 Hi, there are very many sites you can download it from. Just google - free dowload Grunch of Giants and they all come up. Good luck :-)

  • It is very powerful information, and should be used wisely to stay ahead of the GRUNCH. Great video summary of book! Keep spreading the good word. A lot of people need it to stay GRUNCH-free.

  • wepollock recommended this video. Thank you so much for the head's up on this book, which I will now read.

  • you do great work, and I agree on many levels, but sometimes I cant help but think that these people also do commit serious crimes, the consequences of their planned actions are open mass murder. in Iraq over a million human beings have lost their lives. So.. it takes planning. and some group had to sit down and actually do this. And I'm not sure I agree that "someone else would have just done the exact same thing. But good he makes people aware of the evils that are inherent in the system

  • @gunthaarz Thanks - yes, I agree that many of them do commit serious crimes. With 6 billion+ people and a system that allows the most ruthless to get to the top, I think that the Grunch system will keep bubbling those people to the top, until the new system comes into being.

  • Thanks for the link.

  • Excellent! I look fwd to reading it. Thanks.

  • Thanks for this insight on the book. I look forward to reading it. New subscriber.

  • @SamuraiCommando thanks! I read a lot of your comments under the videos I watch.

    -Joe

  • thanks! i'll definitely be buying this book!

  • @debtruth1

Thanks Deb, and keep up the truth!

  • I'm a fan of the idea of societies +social structures behaving as life forms, made up of people as the living working parts of them (much as we are structures made up of many smaller living cells).

These 'life forms' exist because they can.

Maybe this idea is the metaphor behind Terminator movies. 'Rise of machines' could mean the rise of these superstructures to dominate humanity. And why prophets extol self awareness as liberation.

Hate the game and not the players is the message i think

  • @mrkarlhey

Yes, the Grunch is like a life form that went from being good for hmanity to being obsolete. But it will not go away without a fight.

I also think prophets are on to something with their predictions.

  • I consider us lucky that I + many of us have not been through war, famine, lawlessness, plagues etc that these people predict .Personally i hope that as few of us as possible have to endure such suffering in our lifetime unlike many of our ancestors + some people in some parts of the world are experiencing today.

I choose to believe doom prophets are a phenomenon of human instincts such as fear and the survival impulse to prepare for adversity, rather than them being right about the future.

  • I'm not sure how related this is, but I'm reading the beginning and it seems so for the beginning at least. You should read "The Singularity is Near" by Raymond Kurzweil. It's about the exponential nature of information technologies and it's transformative effect on the near and distant future. And it's all up on google books I believe.

  • @PelicanJack

I read Kurzweils "Age of Spiritual Machines" about 10 years ago. One of the best books I have ever read.

  • I really like all your post...so much so it would be hard to say which is your best....but this post is most excellent!..

  • @centervilletn ya, i finally subbed cuz of it and stopped being just a whenever-drive-by viewer... haha :)

  • i agree and have said many times that there is enough for all....the standard of living in the us does not need to be brought down....the impoverished world needs to be brought up....sounds like an interesting book...the grunch that stole prosperity...lol....tkx....i really enjoy your channel....

  • skybird, I think the western world needs to become more efficient, but not necessarily have a lower standard of living. Eventually I think we'll all have everything we want, everywhere in the world. But until we get more technology and infrastructure in the third world, we might need to give up a few of our creature comforts. Sharing, in other words, until we're set up to supply everybody with "a good and comfortable life".

  • @drutter agreed....sort of...too bad we can't have a conversation about tis...it is a big topic....for one...i am not sure we need to ....maybe make it possible for them to do that themselves...anyway...i hate this reply thing because i can not see half of what i am typing and it is annoying...we probably agree on most of this...my answer for now is to consume less...ironically that will probably hurt other countries in the short term....

  • I think I'll do a video on this topic skybird.... as you said it's a very big one. But very few people are talking about it, and yet it's one of the most important discussions that needs to be taking place!

  • @drutter go for it....i look forward to hearing your thoughts....if i do not feel too far out of my league i will do a response...we could do dooling vids....lol....i hear the banjos warming up now...lol

  • @drutter

Yes, we need to bring the 3rd world up.

I think the Grunch is keeping them down to maintain the power structure.

  • @drutter What happens when technology gets to the point that it becomes too efficient. That people dont need to work. Yet because we dont need them they are hungry and homeless. When the world transforms to a technology based society we lose the need for those whose skills may be better for a manufacturing society. We are forcing everyone to be tech savy and those who dont follow are living under bridges if they can find room.

  • @myself

That link got messed with. Search wikipedia for "efficiency" and click on the result that is related to economics.

  • @skybirdbird Thanks!

Yes, Buckminster Fuller proved in his work that there is enoug for all.

But we need the right system in place to make it happen.

This system is deeply entrenched but it is dying.

  • @silverfuturist i hope it is dying....rip...

  • @skybirdbird

History, economics, religion, and our own eyes point to it dying.

However, a billion people could get wiped ou tin the process.

    I hope for the best...

  • @silverfuturist me too.......

  • gratzz

  • It seems to me this Grunch is like a beast, consuming the ideas and noble pursuits of others for it's gain. I also agree that we are already in possession of the ability and know-how to make everyone on the planet comfortable...thing is that the members (citizens) of this grunch are the ones hording the wealth of the world. (Isn't this number something like no more than the top 3% owns like 90% of the wealth? -or something like that) Also there are the barriers of religion and culture too.

  • @AgrippasNotebook3336

Yes, the Grunch is like the "beast of the apocolypse."

We are all members of the Grunch, we just have lower positions in it.

If you were off the grid, like the Amish, you would not be a part of the Grunch.

  • @silverfuturist

I guess I can see that to a degree. A population's action or inaction can direct policy for a nation... but at the same time I think that displaces too much blame or responsibility away from the powerful, the elite, and the wealthy. They are the ones who have a far greater say because of their position to have influence or sway over what happens and does not happen.

  • Good video Bro!

David Rothchild owns 94% of the world's largest corporations,so he would be one of those crooks you're talking about.and some of them may seem nice but it's all a big act for them.

If gold & silver are falling then prepare to buy when it stops!...this time I'm buying gold coins instead of silver because should we go into a deep depression i have a feeling the Gold will shine more than silver will, silver would do well in the recovery part..i thinks

    Any thoughts anyone?

  • @connectingdots1

He is one of the front men for the Grunch.

If he didn't exist, it would be somebody else like him.

On a personal level, they are all just people.

Their careers are to build the Grunch.

  • it is a great book. thnx for sharing it!

  • excellent. fav. thanks

  • Check GOLD and SIlver its falling

  • @ogunjobi

It looks like the Jim Cramer curse holds true!

He recommended gold Thursday, 2 straight days down.

  • WTF silver and GOLD IS FALLING.

  • The grunch is it's own destroyer everyone is interconnected in our current system.

The grunch does not know how to grow food or feed it's self.

The grunch does not know how to fight.

The grunch does not know how to maintain it's complex systems.

If it kills off to many people it will kill it's self off.

  • lol good one!

  • @davincij15

That is the irony - the Grunch needs people, but at the same time it is a destroyer.

I think in the next few years humanity will be free from the Grunch... but it could be a messy process.

  • @silverfuturist

This time is not different, than the Babylonian, Egyptian, Roman, Chinese empire it will end and will end badly and the meek shall inherit the earth.

  • @davincij15 Very true.

However, this Grunch has weapons of mass destruction.

It won't save the Grunch, but it could be dangerous for certain areas.

  • @silverfuturist

You should read "richest man in babylon"

I would like to hear your thoughts on it.

  • @davincij15

My dad has that book! I will borrow it from him.

  • @davincij15 sadly it's designed to feed until there's nothing to feed on, so if it's still around, those nearby all die before it. The grunch knows how to throw lawyers into fights and in the darker parts of the world, soldiers. XE/Blackwater is such a Grunch-unit.

The Grunch is Cookie-Monster of Borg.

  • Thanks man, this is some amazing stuff.

  • Thanks, I will definitely be reading this.

  • Thanks for doing the hard work, and heavy lifting, of describing "The Grunch Of Giants." I realized that we can talk about economics all day as we confront the "Lawyered Capitalism-Corporate-Government-Fascism" but that does not address any issues or offer hope of change. The book "Critical Path" brings us through history into a future based on the solutions derived from the "World Game."

  • @wepollock

You are welcome, The Grunch of Giants was an enjoyable read. I would like to check out those other books, but they seem much bigger and more daunting.

Maybe I can read them, take notes, and do a "cliff notes" version.

  • @silverfuturist

Please do...your very good at explaining concepts.

    : )

  • @silverfuturist check out Alfred William Lawson and his contribution to the world, much like Bucky, he was an inventor, there is even a "University of Lawsonomy" with his works found on line.

I think YT ate my last post

  • @CTOL1

I am not familiar with him, I will look him up.

  • @CTOL1 yt is very hungry these days...lol

  • @wepollock it probably offers a glimmer of awakening. We can't do this alone, so few people are actually aware, and as long as a huge number of people refuse to even question Obedience to Corporations, as consumers or workers, the fight is potentially already lost.

It's a start, may as well send a link to someone who would read it and then want more.

  • I tell my kids the story of "How the Grunch Stole Christmas".

  • @singledad0f3 thats a famous story in hood (ghettos of the USA)

  • Sounds interesting... thanks for the review.

  • thanks for picking out and the recensio, will read.

  • wepollock is an actual disciple of Buckminster Fulller, and he's a regular on UTube. Check him out if you like this stuff -- because he turns the Fuller guns on the present world of grunch ....

  • @BugsMr123

I forgot to credit wepollock, who steered me into finding this book.
