It's amazing how many people seem to think you get this virus from eating pork. It spreads person to person! I caught back in Fall 2009 & became very ill. It was like a horrible type A flu then on top of that add severe stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, & diarrhea. It was horrible! Then my child caught it in Spring 2010 - but she had the milder version ( I call it Swine Lite ). Symptoms just like any other flu ( no stomach problems) & easily controlled with Tamiflu.
