  • awesome warmup vid...im gonna start using this warmup, and then add a bit of my own stuff. warmup is very important, and a lot of people skim through it or forget it whole. having a good warmup session is key or any type of exercise event.

  • 6 people broke there necks trying to stretch it out

  • 0:55 POSESSED!

  • wow this guy cant count...

  • @iRoNiKGamingUK

not entirely sure, but I think me may just be counting seconds rather than the number of movements

  • His english has improven since Jump London and Jump Britain :D That's nice.

  • why not speaking french with englisch subtitles...?

  • @67SoulS93 i understand what he means without even sound just do everything he is doing

  • Sébastien Foucan is a parkour god.

  • its a great warm up but you definetly have to do it in a sucluded area lol so then you dont look like an ass.

  • @spongebalz1 Or you can not care about people judging you.

  • thats a sick emblem at the beginning of the vid...

  • always wanted to do this, but im a bit chubby lo

  • @RastafarianGaming then make a change for the better

  • Yeah, just like Frankie

  • Is that kid wearing kaprees?

    Son...I am dissapoint...

  • @Mike21Hawk

    Kaprees????? Maybe Capris?

  • @milopfultz Doesn't fix how gay it is...

  • I can do all those at the same time.

  • 3 people can't learn parkour

  • very helpful. using this for sure

  • This is great warmup backed by science, much better than pkgens hour long warmups that rob performance

  • Thank you so much. This is very helpful, thank you for being so considerate!

  • this is a great vid but it should be called "slavery reversed - Teach the white kid."

  • practice practice practice?

    FUN FUN FUN!

  • His warmup is my workout...:O I is know shame now!

  • seb, your the best, thank you.

  • You go white boy, hump that ground like it was your girlfriend ! ;D

  • getting tuted by the man himself. What else could we simple mortals ask for?

  • this is good for people already in shape. i don't think this guy has ever been out of shape.

  • Catwalk/monkeywalk is very effective after working the major joints since It will activate alot of muscles and increase your body temprature pretty fast. This warmup looks very simple, but It's great really. The most important thing is to work the joints and increase the bodys temprature.

I'm glad that Sebastien are doing tutorials now instead of ''Expertvillage'' and such..

  • breazing :D

  • When did he learn English?

  • Pas de notion de progressivité ni de continuité dans votre échauffement, le parkour reste une activité physique et les bases physiologique du corps s'y applique. Ce n'est pas tellement l'exercice qui compte mais plutôt la façon de le faire.

  • One thing Sebastian wins against David is that Sebastian now speaks very fluent English! Great work man! :D

  • yeah, make more

  • i'm going to do this for now on whenever i go to trace, it does look very convient sincemy normal stretching doesn't really do much

  • that 1,2,3 is going into my teaching

  • a great teacher... and keep in mind that hes not american or english but FRENCH (hard to learn english)

and still... he can do all those things... comercials, movies, tutorials and so on

    a great man...

  • I think you should make allot more videos, as I am only a beginner I need all the information an tutorials that I can get, and I would bet all other beginners feel the same. The warm up is the most important part of any sport without it, injuries are not far behind.

  • BTW, this warm up is really simple and short. What about dynamic stretching or things like jumping jacks, running in place or 10sec static streches? I'm just curious if this warm up is enough

  • @3runMasterX HE IS A MASTER AT PARKOUR!!! DO NOT SAY WHAT HE IS DOING IS SIMPLE AND SHORT!!!

  • @P0tatoPotato i think your capslock is on..

  • @AerialDreamz Oh, thank you, I hadn't noticed.

  • Do more tutorials ; ]

  • First of all I like to thank you for sharing your warm up routine. Secondly, yes you should make more tutorial videos because, as one of the founders of parkour and the creator of freerunning, you have a vast experience and knowledge about what should we do and how should we do it so that we do not injure our selfs or die.

I really am happy that you stepped up and help us to understand more about these disciplines. Again, thank you!
