My ipad does not have APN setting underneath of "cellular data", it only has "cellular data", then "data roaming", View Account" then SIM PIN. What should I do?

Obviously your iphone will not work when its SIM card is in the iPad, so you cannot receive incoming calls. But will Google phone work in the iPad? Then it would be great, then you could have both on in the iPad!!! Can you test that?

Doesn't work with 4.2.1 you have to use that site that changes your apn via the browser.

I just did it yesterday, with out a site that changes your apn in a browser. You must have done something different.

@kristelly11 Yes you can text with apps in the app store. I use textPlus and I can call with Skype.

You just click on the apn and re type in phone like in the video

I am on 3.2 so I have not tested 4.2.1 yet but if you can type in the apn box it should work
