First time I ever heard this, I howled. It originally was on a blooper reel of vintage Warner Brothers movie takeouts, where the actors flubbed a line and sometimes swore. These clips were swept off the cutting room floor and edited into one reel to be shown at the studio's annual Christmas party. That is actually Mel Blanc doing the voice to accompany the artist's animation sheets before color was to be inserted. This footage has never been seen on the screen or on TV obviously.
