the last full minute of the track intense combat in the mass effect 2 soundtrack is according to my ears the escaping the citadel track, they re-used it in the second game

@gurezurei If you read the canon novels about Mass Effect, it will tell you that Anderson resigned after breaking rules to chase down the illusive man. Perhaps that part wasn't canon however. only one way to know for certain.
