  • the 3 mobile phone company charged me 370 pound upon return from holiday thanks to charged calls to technical support. They took away the ability for me to contact my friends and family during a time of unrest in Thailand. the 3 mobile phone network are incompetent, devoid of technical knowledge. The one thing they are is cheap. You get what you pay for, or in my case, you get asked to pay for their stupidity.

    1.) Instead of calling and pressing all the numbers and listening to recordings.

    2.) Press one or what ever to open a new account you get through faster

    3.)Then ask to be transferred to the department that you want but ask not to be put on hold it works asshole telecommunication company's
