I find it a little "convenient" to be handcuffed and tossed in jail for a few hours to later be released because it was a BS reason. He does not own the property, but they also have permission to be on the property, which gives them the same right to record.

Also, unless you KNOW them... you are assuming they have any type of permission. They could be simple caretakers for the land that know the owner. That does not constitute permission. See. seems like you could record someone on your own land with or WITHOUT their permission. there are cameras all over the place on poles, in stores, no one ever asks MY permission, crazy!
