I used an Impala taillight flasher. They are a dime a dozen on ebay. It connects to the turn signal wires and not the brake wires, thereby it doesn't flash the 3rd brake light. There are many install diagrams online search Impala taillight flasher on google. Also as far as high beam flashers; the Impala needs a special headlight flasher it will not work with a standard one. I just took a simple IC 555 timer and I've choose a pulse to "click click" a car relay that offer you a (NC) Normally Close and (NO) Normally Open contacts... You want to know something else... wires colours!??

Your not supposed to be flashing that 3rd brake light,in any state.

I know, but how to do this when I took the brake lights wire... I must cut signal to the 3rd light... but... how can I do this...
