  • Funnest Job in the world right there

  • OOH! UGH! Destroyed In Seconds! BOOM! Raging Ball OF FIRE! UGH! YEAH! Scientists! HELL Yeah! (somekindofvitalinformation) And SMOKE! SO MUCH SMOKE! YEAH! Destroyed! In! Seconds! For your Safety! Join us NEXT TIME! (Try not to breed in the meantime...)

  • why is there a pinocchio-snowman head turning in the bottom right corner of the screen? Does that mean to say this crash landing test is all a lie? o-o

  • Biggest remote control I've ever seen :p

  • MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN that better the the best action film O.o

  • Hmmmm.. Why didn't that jet dissapear? I thought if a plane crashes into the ground that nothing could be found. hmmmm...

  • Comment removed

  • @MrBullfrog9876 There's a difference between diving into the ground nose-first at hundreds of miles an hour and a plane sliding across the desert on its belly at significantly lower speeds. Nice try, though.

  • Destroyed in seconds is a retarded tv show. Takes all the old internet clips and dubs a moron over them. This test was run to prove the capabilities of a new kind of jet fuel that was supposed to be more difficult to catch on fire in a crash. It was, but due to the remote control pilot botching his landing and missing his target, the flames you saw were the result.

  • this was in the 1980s imagine now... look up thermite also they filled the plane up with that shyt

  • what? he is parking

  • no wonder it crashed, the pilot was a 'dummy'! haha

  • Waste of money.

  • Comment removed

  • They missed the part of footage where one row of seats on the inside are actually on fire. 90% of the dummies made it out "alive".

  • @Mitchd03 What about deaths because of G-force or... heart attacks? Because a dummies' heart and other organs can't be ripped off by G-force...

  • @LastBornProductions That's very true. There's also the dummies who lived through the initial impact but got knocked unconscious or broke both their legs and burnt or even suffocated to death.

  • Front: 5*

    Side:5*

    Rear:5*

    Rollover:5*

  • remote conyrol planes into the ywin towers lolol

  • @SaMiiMajnOoN i was gonna say i didn't know they could remotely control jets like this...

  • thats a waste of a plane

  • IN THE NAME OF SCIENCE!

  • @ShadowXII IN THE NAME OF SCIENCE THE MERCIFUL !

  • I wanna be inside !!!

  • i swear! 1:00 was an cartoon impact sound effect!

  • Thats stupid y have crash test dummies wen they will just be incinerated

  • Dear Santa.....

  • he said no need for gear down inpact to hard gear would stop it a bit

  • Nice toy I now wat i wish to birthday!

  • who does the tune ? Sounds like Linkin Park?

  • swwwwwwweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeettttttttttttttttttttttt

  • egypt air!

  • Metal song playing + passengers dying + head-banging + plane crashing + crazy ass nasa piloting = APOCALYPTIC AWESOMENESS

  • This narrator was on some show I forgot

  • @Applesoop24 Sounds like Destroyed in Seconds.

  • When I bring a 777 in on approach, this always flicks into my head.

  • are they gonna do this with planes into buildings? Oh wait they did do that, then blamed it on some guy, killed half the country and took it's oil.

  • every landing you walk away from ...

  • It would be nice if the pilot could press the fuel release button before the crash

  • "as you can see, you can pull down your oxygen masks. you also have a floatation device under your seats. next there is.....OH SHIT!"..........Control tower:"I feel a disturbance in the force"

  • Comment removed

  • So the passengers get cooked alive rather than barbecued...Brilliant

  • "Passengers are reminded to please extinguish themselves before exiting the aircraft. Thank you"

  • This test was technically a failure....The jet fuel has a new additive that was suppose to suppress "misting" or the jet fuel ...or its ability to ignite uncontrollably. Plus they were trying the measure the strain experienced on the passenger seats. The remote control pilot has a problem at the last second and the plane landed 200+ feet to short, yawed, and the obstacles were supposed to cut the wing...not the engines.....But yes..they did learn some lessons, just not what they were hoping for!

  • 0:39 Interesting how these "jagged barriers" cemented into place (which look like steel contruction) can slice through wings easily yet on Sept11/2001, we're told that flimsy aircraft wings could slice theough steel columns. I find that hard to believe.

  • Don't you love the shitty sound effects?

  • they forgot to mention that the plane was intended come down level. The spinning at the end was a pilot error.

  • they forgot to mention that the plane wasn't intended come down level. The spinning at the end was a pilot error.

  • should of crashed cock down.

  • They were not test crashing the plane..... Chuck Norris took over the terrorist plane and brought it down .... he walked away shortly after the crash

  • Cool!

  • 911 11.september Test RC JET NO PILOT.

  • They always gotta take out the Boeings lol. I should find and Airbus devastation video.

  • 0:12 glass shield to slow the plane down a little

  • 0:14 "In the name of science"

I think that the main reason of NASA doing this is to make a fucking awesome explosion.

  • What is the song called, it is brilliant!... anyone know???

  • 2:07...i dont think this video will be useful for people who is afraid to fly

  • @94saq94 Damn. I'm more than afraid to fly now.

  • Your tax dollars hard at work.

  • @jazzguitar2010 This video was made in the 80s wtf are you talking about?

  • @aaabronco Did they not pay taxes back then?

  • @jazzguitar2010 Yes they did but it was 30 years ago your acting like it was yesterday

  • life insurance pays off triple if you die on a business trip

  • Since 9/11 Aluminium wings cut threw steel ...so this film is fake...

  • @oegromov erm you mean it's old ...not fake?

  • @oegromov Lol yup, aluminium tube cut through

It's impossible for aluminium to penetrate steel. It defies the laws of physics.

lool even the flimsy wings penetrated steel? Which can be damaged by a flying bird in the sky.

    Physically Impossible.

  • im going to tell Justin B that he has won a trip to mexico and that he goes on that plane and wonders about all the dummies and then he says "Oh why did i even sing.."

  • I remember this test in 1984. They were testing a new type of fuel that is supposed to jell when shaken to lessen the chance of fire. Fuels would spray all over and cause a bad fire. Although the test looks like a failure at first it turns out the fuel didn't burn as hot as traditonal jet fuel and thats the reason it didn't penatrate the cabin. I don't know if this fuel ever went into regular service.

  • i survived that

  • Best part for me 1:25

  • now THATS an rc plane!!!!!

  • i want those pilots to fly the flight i will be in

  • Chuck norris would survive this!

  • this happened on 9/11

  • I think the real aim of this exercise was to practice flying 2 military planes by remote into the twin towers so the US govt can blame Osama and justify a war in Iraq and introduce 'anti terror' laws which are really used to control the general population.

  • @AboutEnergy lol wtf?

  • I remember this video from when i was young, i also remember something about a gel fuel used that was supposed to be safer in an accident because it burned slower

    thanks for sharing

  • All thats missing is a tower

  • Yup we're lowering the nose now. Touchdown in 3 2 1... OH GODDAMMIT I FORGOT THE LANDING GEAR.

  • i had no clue that they actually crash tested airplanes until now.

  • Michael Bay masturbated to this

  • @WetKant So did I

  • @WetKant Why masturbate, if Megan Fox can give you a BJ

  • awesome vid, shame about the moron doing the voiceover.

  • i want that job so bad

  • porn

  • I can imagine the men that do this they'd be peeing themselves with excitement when it goes BOOM!

  • Excuse me, but the plane immediately explodes. The wings are ripped apart by puny little metal sticks. As the wings come apart and there is rotation and the plane skews in a "action-reaction" to impact. What is my point?? NONE of this happens on 911 at the WTC. None of it. The plane enters with a poof and once fully inside an explosion occurs. the wings tips and tail all blow through the WTC. Yep, even the tail. And no explosion until it's fully inside.

  • @IExposeMormonism youre lame and weird

  • @NiklasSD Check it out, the WTC plane explodes only After it enters the WTC, wing tips, edges, tail and all. Then, boom That's not how a 767 should act. Further, nanothermite has been found in all dust samples. Human remains have been found 1000 feet away. Sounds a little off to me.

  • @IExposeMormonism thats because most of it desinigrated inside the building, some came out the other side, and no, probably nothing caused the fuel tank and engines to explode until it was mostly inside

  • @leo967846 Well, that explains everything. Except this film and every other plane crash you'll see on youtube. must be the video's are lying. But why? Why would 60 years of airplane video be faked? And why was the true video shown us on 911?

  • @IExposeMormonism for fire you need: fuel, oxygen, heat, and a sustained chemical reaction. when the nose of the plane hits the building, which i had visited prior to the attack, what is there to burn? nothing the fuel is stored in the wings and a center fuselage tank system. so the wings hit the building and suddenly you have a large amount of fuel traveling at an average of 400 miles per hour so it won't have ignited until it had had time for the flame to travel across the entire fuel cloud.

  • @Rileyman2rr You don't need heat to create a fire.... Heat is just a loss of energy through an exothermic reaction, creating the heat because there is only one way for the energy to leave, and in doing so creates such intense heat

  • @doc1236 ok refresh my memory on how exactly fires start without heat... and combustion is, at least as was defined by my college chemistry textbook, as a reaction consuming oxygen and releasing carbon dioxide and water. Rust is oxidation so it doesn't count.

  • @Rileyman2rr You must of understood me wrongly. Combustion is an exothermic reaction, which everyone who took any kind of further chemistry/physics should understand. This is then a chemical reaction between a certain kind of fuel (in this case a kerosene/gasoline mix) and an oxident which is then followed by heat from the reaction, and then due to this produces light which can also be known as "energy" in any kind of word equation

  • 0:53

    First Microsoft Flight Simulator xD=)

  • could man do nine eleven with that for hollywood this time?

  • with all that fire, is there still air for people inside the plane to breathe?

  • This is from the Discovery Channel show Destroyed in Seconds.

  • it would be so cool to drive that with r/c.

  • And too crash it for the name of science! That was a fun day for the controller!

  • 1:15 drift!!! :)! very good!!

    i love crash test!!

  • @andy:

It's right, the flames are unable! But it was so hot in the plane and the whole smoke came in.

  • "Amazingly the flames and smoke are unable to penetrate the fuselage?" Are you kidding me??? The commentator is full of sh**. Search youtube: Inside a Plane Crash - Nasa Test to see the rest of the real inside plane footage.

  • as u can see they dont penetrate until the fuselage breaks

  • @andy993 OMG i wached it that was horrible

  • @eaglebazdmeg: I know right... It was BAD. Prob just censored for TV.

  • The say it is the safest forms of transportations today..but can the planes crash today and we have more chances to survive the crash?? I say the impact alone will kill us, how did they improve on that??

  • It just shows you how important airport fire departments are.

  • Speechless

  • DAMN!!!

  • WHOA! (1st comment ;))
