why is there a pinocchio-snowman head turning in the bottom right corner of the screen? Does that mean to say this crash landing test is all a lie? o-o
@MrBullfrog9876 There's a difference between diving into the ground nose-first at hundreds of miles an hour and a plane sliding across the desert on its belly at significantly lower speeds. Nice try, though.
Destroyed in seconds is a retarded tv show. Takes all the old internet clips and dubs a moron over them. This test was run to prove the capabilities of a new kind of jet fuel that was supposed to be more difficult to catch on fire in a crash. It was, but due to the remote control pilot botching his landing and missing his target, the flames you saw were the result.
@LastBornProductions That's very true. There's also the dummies who lived through the initial impact but got knocked unconscious or broke both their legs and burnt or even suffocated to death.
"as you can see, you can pull down your oxygen masks. you also have a floatation device under your seats. next there is.....OH SHIT!"..........Control tower:"I feel a disturbance in the force"
This test was technically a failure....The jet fuel has a new additive that was suppose to suppress "misting" or the jet fuel ...or its ability to ignite uncontrollably. Plus they were trying the measure the strain experienced on the passenger seats. The remote control pilot has a problem at the last second and the plane landed 200+ feet to short, yawed, and the obstacles were supposed to cut the wing...not the engines.....But yes..they did learn some lessons, just not what they were hoping for!
0:39 Interesting how these "jagged barriers" cemented into place (which look like steel contruction) can slice through wings easily yet on Sept11/2001, we're told that flimsy aircraft wings could slice theough steel columns. I find that hard to believe.
im going to tell Justin B that he has won a trip to mexico and that he goes on that plane and wonders about all the dummies and then he says "Oh why did i even sing.."
I remember this test in 1984. They were testing a new type of fuel that is supposed to jell when shaken to lessen the chance of fire. Fuels would spray all over and cause a bad fire. Although the test looks like a failure at first it turns out the fuel didn't burn as hot as traditonal jet fuel and thats the reason it didn't penatrate the cabin. I don't know if this fuel ever went into regular service.
I think the real aim of this exercise was to practice flying 2 military planes by remote into the twin towers so the US govt can blame Osama and justify a war in Iraq and introduce 'anti terror' laws which are really used to control the general population.
I remember this video from when i was young, i also remember something about a gel fuel used that was supposed to be safer in an accident because it burned slower
Excuse me, but the plane immediately explodes. The wings are ripped apart by puny little metal sticks. As the wings come apart and there is rotation and the plane skews in a "action-reaction" to impact. What is my point?? NONE of this happens on 911 at the WTC. None of it. The plane enters with a poof and once fully inside an explosion occurs. the wings tips and tail all blow through the WTC. Yep, even the tail. And no explosion until it's fully inside.
@NiklasSD Check it out, the WTC plane explodes only After it enters the WTC, wing tips, edges, tail and all. Then, boom That's not how a 767 should act. Further, nanothermite has been found in all dust samples. Human remains have been found 1000 feet away. Sounds a little off to me.
@IExposeMormonism thats because most of it desinigrated inside the building, some came out the other side, and no, probably nothing caused the fuel tank and engines to explode until it was mostly inside
@leo967846 Well, that explains everything. Except this film and every other plane crash you'll see on youtube. must be the video's are lying. But why? Why would 60 years of airplane video be faked? And why was the true video shown us on 911?
@IExposeMormonism for fire you need: fuel, oxygen, heat, and a sustained chemical reaction. when the nose of the plane hits the building, which i had visited prior to the attack, what is there to burn? nothing the fuel is stored in the wings and a center fuselage tank system. so the wings hit the building and suddenly you have a large amount of fuel traveling at an average of 400 miles per hour so it won't have ignited until it had had time for the flame to travel across the entire fuel cloud.
@Rileyman2rr You don't need heat to create a fire.... Heat is just a loss of energy through an exothermic reaction, creating the heat because there is only one way for the energy to leave, and in doing so creates such intense heat
@doc1236 ok refresh my memory on how exactly fires start without heat... and combustion is, at least as was defined by my college chemistry textbook, as a reaction consuming oxygen and releasing carbon dioxide and water. Rust is oxidation so it doesn't count.
@Rileyman2rr You must of understood me wrongly. Combustion is an exothermic reaction, which everyone who took any kind of further chemistry/physics should understand. This is then a chemical reaction between a certain kind of fuel (in this case a kerosene/gasoline mix) and an oxident which is then followed by heat from the reaction, and then due to this produces light which can also be known as "energy" in any kind of word equation
"Amazingly the flames and smoke are unable to penetrate the fuselage?" Are you kidding me??? The commentator is full of sh**. Search youtube: Inside a Plane Crash - Nasa Test to see the rest of the real inside plane footage.
The say it is the safest forms of transportations today..but can the planes crash today and we have more chances to survive the crash?? I say the impact alone will kill us, how did they improve on that??
