  • did you ever think about trying the p90x or insanity workout dvd's? i was thinking about trying it.

  • get yourself on a low-carb diet with a ton of fresh green veggies and lean proteins like skinless chicken and fish.

    find a running program that works for your ability and stick with it! the weight will absolutely come off.

  • I'm 5'11 myself and was 130 lbs from like 13 to 22 around there so this is a big change for me. I dont want to be 130 but I just want to get back in shape. Thanks for the support I appreciate it Davis!

  • i was 212 got down to 180 I'm 6'1. secret , yogurt granola and/or fruit cream oatmeal for at least one meal a day. 100 cal packs for snacks. dont cheat and no fast food cut out top 5 favorite fast food places and can go to your 6th favorite as much as you want. ..which you wont and will get tired of

  • ps- sign up for weight watchers.. that crap does work and you can still drink.... go to the first meeting while they are still on free registration.. it will only cost you 12 bucks. go to the first meeting and you will have all the stuff you need to do the diet.... you get about 26 points a day.. and a bottle of MGD 64 (make sure it says 64 calories on the box) its only 1 point!!!! holla... = )

  • I definitly try to stay fit, and eat a lot more healthy. It is hard to stay at a good weight.

  • Ugh, you and me both. I think I should start doing these. But it's true, if you work all day the last thing you feel like doing is exercising. I bought an exercise bike not too long ago and rarely use it. I guess I should start instead of sitting there complaining about what a fat ass I am. Make sure to keep me updated, maybe it'll give me some motivation.
