Nice Speed run! Have a one question: At the 1:30 mark you turn your night vision goggles off. You seemed to be on the verge of being spotted by the guard. Both of you are going to the same spot. How did he not see you? Even if you did crouch and roll, it seem there is no way he can't see you. If you had left your night vision goggles on every could then see in what direction the guard is looking at.

@felix25121996 when you save and re-load it skips a part of the dialogue and at that part of the mission you either have to listen to the radio convo or use the filing cabinet, so if you save + reload a few times while your going up the stairs it skips the radio convo bit by bit and once you've got past the bit you need for the objective your then free to just run up the rest of the stairs without having to worry about alerting the guard therefore getting a slightly faster end mission time

On a side note, do you have to use an airfoil round to take out the lights? Or does shooting them with bullets trigger the guards?

Been a while since i last played it but im pretty sure you can shoot them, using the airfoil round can be better tho as it's 100% accuracy while moving still, no way i could of shot the light at 1:03 while moving, airfoil rounds ftw!

And yes, you avoid few distractions but not all. There were a lot unnecessary ones.

if you don't like speed runs then thats fair enough however it still takes a lot of time to go through each mission and try and find the fastest way to do them on top of spending countless attempts to get the hard parts just right which is why i found a few of your comments annoying

You can call that perfect stat if you want. I think it's just personally pretty lame to run through whole map without actually putting any thought in speed.

If you avoid distractions and aim to best time, its called going on the limits. You don't and I can't see anything epic in this video. Sorry, I'm out.

Fast, but far from perfect. A lot of distractions, light shooting, lock braking, gadgets. You know, dirty stuff.

Try without that shit and you will face a lot slower time.

it skips convosation which means as soon as its skipped a certain point in the convo i can run full speed up the stairs to save time :)

i use fraps to capture the gameplay then throw the video into vegas, file size of the video after recording with fraps is something like 2-4 gb i think so obviously have to use video vegas to render the file size down

quite a while, i've done this mission tons of times and speed run it around 3-5 times now think i spent around 10-15 mins doing this 2:46 speed run, most of that time was probally spent at the interregation room and at 1:30 it took me a few attempts to get through the light without the gaurd seeing me aswell

theres an objective that is completed by listening to the guy on the radio which takes quite a while or using a filing cabinet up the stairs which still takes a while, when u save and load it skips convosation so i save + load while im going up the stairs meaning im not loosing any time as i can still walk up while saving etc and after a few saves its skipped the part of the convo i need for the objective, so now i can just run up the rest of the stairs and it doesn't matter if he hears me
