I think you have potential(: I would try not to be so nasley though. You might also want to use a CD/piano accompaniment, it will help your pitch which isn't that bad to start with! If this is something you really want to pursue as voice coach would really help you use your voice in the right way! Don't stop singing because of a few negative comments, good luck!!

your soft pallette is down , thats whats making it slightly nasally . if you lift your soft pallete , you'll be REALLY GOOD . and how to do that . plug our nose and you know how you sound nassally ?? well try and take the nasal by moving your throat . that raises the soft pallete do that while your singing (:

well, i would advise you to forget everything these people are saying first. then, start taking voice lessons and participating in school musicals and sing all the time. every opportunity you have- sing. Practice doesn't make perfect, but you can definitely improve. good luck!
