I hate randy! All he ever seems to care about is high notes! I do like Jacob but he was flat in various parts of this performance, and thats the truth. Maybe it sounds better there?

I found him annoying and his long held high notes sounded like someone jabbed him with a hot poker. I didn't like his girly-man manner though it hd nothing to do with his talent. So I closed my eyes when he howled to test if I'd buy his CD. The answer is no and if he was on the radio, I'd switch the channel.

I think it's going to be between Jacob and Pia in the final round. No doubt about it :D He can sing almost any genre and that's the great thing about his voice. @sja483627 He reminds me of Jennifer Hudson when she was on AI. She had the big voice but didn't have the control she has now. He has a beautiful voice though, he just seems too anxious to belt out those notes. I think his best performance was A House is not a Home.
@paytonja This is the first season I've really watched Idol, so I didn't get to see Jennifer Hudson as a contestant, but know she sings beautifully. I love Jacob's positive energy. He has an amazing spark and the potential to be a superstar. It will be fun to see how this turns out. A lot of talent this year.

I think it's going to be between Jacob and Pia in the final round. No doubt about it :D He can sing almost any genre and that's the great thing about his voice. He gets so into the song too and he's got real talent :) I see him doing something on broadway or something...but whatever he does he's going BIG!

YOU CHILL ME TO THE BONE! By the way...for those of you who have something negative to say...it isn't as easy as these kids are making it look up on that stage.

@sja483627 He reminds me of Jennifer Hudson when she was on AI. She had the big voice but didn't have the control she has now. He has a beautiful voice though, he just seems too anxious to belt out those notes. I think his best performance was A House is not a Home.

@paytonja This is the first season I've really watched Idol, so I didn't get to see Jennifer Hudson as a contestant, but know she sings beautifully. I love Jacob's positive energy. He has an amazing spark and the potential to be a superstar. It will be fun to see how this turns out. A lot of talent this year.

This guy, no doubt, will be the winner of this season. I'm one of your fans. But Jacob, please, do not over sing that much. And another issue, the best you do is Gospel and Soul. To hear you singing those is a god's blessing.
