@OmegaOmar420 re-read the constitution, there is no mention of a seperation of church and state there. All it says "Congress shall pass no law respecting any religion or the practice thereof;" That does not say seperation of church and state, that just says congress can not pass any law for or against religion.

I agree our governments prohibition of marijuana needs to end but not out of religious reasons, eventhough genesis states clearly of the green herb. But for economic reasons!
