Pretty much every album comes with a "Pump It Up" track, something to get the fans hype to buy the album or mixtape. @jasonmahr next album wasn't "Pump It Up" enough. Budden never sold out, he's a versatile artist. He could make a club song, next day make a song like this. Plus his club music is still intelligent and not repetitive. That's the beauty of his music. If he did sellout he'd still be relevant to mainstream listeners but he got dropped for making The Growth into an emotionally intuitive album. But besides that him and Classified make a good duo. This track is immaculate.
