Nakata's footballing career is like a multiple personality disorder. There's the pre-2002 amazing Nakata, and post-2002 crap Nakata. Those who have a negative impression of him usually haven't seen or remember him from his early days. I simply can't understand how a footballer of that quality could degrade so much in few years. Should I call it "Nakata-Paradox".
