She said "my" meeting. That was a major mistake. She should have said "our" meeting. By that, and her dictatorial tone, she failed to move the meeting to her side and she preached it is important for the new members "to fear". That's condescending. That's not leadership.

True Christian leads by love and humility and compassion. She was wrongly briefed to try to lead by legality,arrogance and fear inspiring.

I bet we can clearly see it now...lol...her 'public relations' and 'marketing' over the past 8 weeks has attracted more than 2500 new members to join AWARE and increase its public AWAREness. Way a go, Josie...!!! Thanks to her sabotage, AWARE is now stronger than ever before...lol

Actually she did it with support from many 'new' members, allegedly from the same church she and the rest of her exco. So during the annual general meeting, AWARE votes for chairman and president positions and so on. Those new members overwhelm the existing old members, who did not expect it and were too trusting, thinking that it will be another AGM, which a suitable candidate would be selected (both new and old faces). But the old guards were wrong. 9 were Josie's & friends, while 3 old guards
