I am so grateful to Turid. I first heard about calming signals from Kikopup here on YouTube and she recommended Turid's book. Despite thinking I was a 'doggy person' I've been misinterpreting these signals for decades! They are so simple and yet so fundamental - what a difference it's made to the way I communicate with dogs. Now my partner and I can stop our new puppy from mugging us or keep him calm in new situations. Vet was very impressed with how calm he was on his first visit!
