In the first Game Dante cut off Vergils Right arm, and guess what? it's the arm from Nero.

dante didn't look the same in any of the dmc games,in two he was pretty old and emotionless,in 3 he was like 18,in one he was the same age as he looked in the anime,and in 4,which is before 1 and 2,he didn't look that old.
