the dye can be found at any store in the laundry section, the dye works best on white wheels, the dye on the bottom of the wheels last for a few weeks, but the dye on the side of the wheel last for months, but depends how you skate

no it soaks into the urethane so you'll have to wear them down by a couple mm at least before the natural colour comes through
