  • Thank you so much for your videos! You're great! I have a question: why didn't you just wrap the foil around the pork only instead of wrapping it over the plate as well? Is there a reason for that?

  • @emilyhf3 I did it over the plate so it would collect the juices better.

  • Cool vid... you might want to mention that you cleaned the cutting board after you had the raw pork on it, before you sliced the cooked pork on it.

    You did, right? ;)
