they are working on stargate worlds still, and stargate resistance is also out on steam for £10.00, its not an amazing stargate game, but it satisfies the need to blast people with a staff weapon :P

if they made it as complex as the series this would easiely destroy World of Warcraft in players. But maybe its good to do it later after World of Warcraft 2 comes out with allot of better graphics then that. A game that is mmo, rpg, fps, strategy, simulation, action. Stargate could be it all.

FPS like counter strike on planets with different teams. rgp explore the universe and do missions. simulation you fly space ships. mmorpg you join a guild and do missions damn this is cool

ya idont know how to post under someone but IwasborntofuckYouALL the way it will work is a bit more complicated than WoW while from what i understand you will auto attack similir to WoW you also have to worry about cover/flanking/being flanked by the AI wich should be AWSOME i believe that is it but i'm not the most informed

i have no idea all i know is that the mobs you fight, will flank you if you stand still so you all ways have to move and find cover

from what i saw there is an auto ttack option (and with most weapons you can only shoot at 1 specific target at a time) but standing still in the open will get you killed fast so you have to stay in cover. That and what the other dude said about the mobs.

well i think the cover system is like a more advanced, and sensitive version of the Line of Sight system other games use, its a way to reduce the damage you take by not getting hit as much, and a may to if u find a better cover spot then ur opponent, you will have the advantage in the fight

its harder for a server to support real time shooting instead of turn attacks just like in WoW, just imagine a match of Call of Duty 4 but with a giant map and 8 000 players in it, it would required a hell of a machine
