Love DA and this song. Sounds very much like ELO (Jeff Lynne) who was influenced by the Beatles (like DA). Takes you away with such anticipation for a heavenly world!
I listened to this until the grooves came off back in the day and would agree it was WAY ahead of its time and across the board was he best out there then....aside from the U2 stuff coming out then. But though it does hold its place in Jesus Music history, there have been better works since.....DC Talk has some great stuff, Newsboys too. It takes nothing away from DA to say that.
2:18 as a young teen i replayed this base bit over and over again..... brings tears to my eyes now --- the passing of time sometimes seems unfair -- the memories of the people in my life then that are gone now......
@hovanti Yes this is available on CD. Larry Norman re-released it on cd while he was still alive. I'm not sure if it's still available from Solid Rock Records or not... You can get it on Ebay, Amazon, practically anywhere
Thank you Neamberthal for adding this song. It was my favorite DA song from this album. I wore out the cassette and haven't heard it in many years. It still transports me.
I wore out cassette tapes, 8 tracks and records...now I hope I don't wear out the IPod!!!

IMHO Horrendous Disc was the best Album ever by any artist, leaving Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band in its dust as a distant 2nd.

Man oh man, I thought I had lost this one for good. Absolute classic. Brings back stellar memories from the summer of 1981.
