I think that flushing out a deer and then shooting it is more cruel than flushing it out and not shooting it.
Under the Hunting Act it is legal to flush it out and shoot it and illegal to flush it out and not shoot it.
I think that is ridiculous and I have the right to refuse to shoot the deer I flush out.
