The "tying up" is a body wrap or body bandage. It's is a part of ttouch, but in this video it is somewhat to tight.

this is different to how i do t-touch I use the tips of my fingers. And I do small circular movements and Each circle I make I move onto a different spot of the body..

you can pretty much do it the same way.  The way that Robhetu is doing is probably a faster method in the t-touch massage.

there are also various hand positions for ttouch. not just the finger tip ttouches(raccoon ttouches) as well as different speeds and pressures.
