I can not see anything except two cop cars driving away. It's pretty likely the cops just decided to put GPS tracking units on your car without a warrant, and there is no record. I would not make a record of myself committing a crime. You need to file a Title 42, Section 1983 FEDERAL civil rights lawsuit. You can get info on how, either in your local Federal District Court, (there might be one in Phoenix?) or use the guide put out by the Ninth District, downloadable from their web page.

You need to see these Mesa videos. I think that you are still passing up a great story. READ THE TEXT for background and please have patience with the videos--they are not anything special except for proof. Proof is never exciting but I think you will see. I mean watch the upper LEFT for when the police units pull up . THen watch the lower Right for the OFFICER completing an illegal activity of sorts without, apparently, a Judge's permission. Can you trust these officers?
