If you are working plyometrics and power here by adding a jump you are decreasing the power output potential pluse there will be a massive torque force thru the lumbar spine attempting to stabilise the whole body as the legs cannot do any of the stabilising while the body pushes the medball and attempts to be explosive. Be very careful using this exercise.
