As a goalie I can tell you if a guy is screening the hell out of you just take your stick and hit him with the toe of the stick in the taint. Where the cup ends. He will drop out of your way nicely. i really don't worry about penalty's due to the fact that I'm mainly the whole team.

If your a goalie and you have a great big fat player screening you, then just stick the blade of your goalie stick in the back of the guys skate blades and push. When he tries to move alot it'll unbalance him (not saying he'd always, fall just almost fall) depending on how good his balance is.

Grow up, not a penalty, this is ice hockey we are talking about, not figure skating. The pushing on the back of the pants things is both annoying, effective, and humorous. If you don't fall, your pants fall down, and if your pulling up your pants you're off guard, whatever the case my friend despises this maneuver, but it is 100% legal and effective.

None of those would be pentalys , literaly. Trust me iv had everyone of them happen to me even the pushing on the pants. And honestly i can tell u the feet thing isnt that bad because u can usually stay up and if they do it too much they will get a pentaly. But the pushin on the pants i had it happen to me and i ended up bud ending the guy and almost fighting him , its a reall pain. Best tip for def use the pants this best tip for forwards if he does things like this make it dramatic and fall.

Alot of the stuff he did there you can't do anymore, espetcially the feet one, where you hit the front and the back. All the guy has to do is fall, and you have yourself a penalty. I know this by experience.

As a ref, I really do not call penalties in front of the net as long as both players are battling for position. As long as it is fair I don't have a problem with it. However, I do know other refs that are a little more strict then I am.

It's only tripping if ya get caught. It's probably not tripping if you don't follow through with the stick. If you tried that with Sid Crosby or Alex Ovechkin they would flop their way into a tripping call.
