  • We're not trained to use fair force when faced with confrontation such has bring restrained from leaving an area. They were all lucky not to be arrested.

  • @beanz0248 Police aren't trained to be fair. Well, perhaps that should change. An unfair legal system is a recipe for disaster, and that despicable pepper spray incident clearly demonstrated. If police aren't trained to be fair to the public that they are supposed to serve and protect, then who are they trained to be fair to?

  • @jptothetree Obviously your education was taught by a defense lawyer you pulls excuses out of his ass to justify criminal behavior. These people were refuses to allow police to leave and giving them an ultimatum. In case you didn't know history has shown it doesn't work that way. Police give you the option and if you refuse to comply they can use the force necessary. Not equal force, but the force necessary.

  • Do your research, 'OC Spray' is not a chemical agent. quit trying to sound like there was excessive force used. the amount of force used by police is directly affected by the cooperation and resistance of the public. the protesters made their decision to break the law by refusing to disperse and paid the consequences.

  • @rossda85 because i am a criminal justice major, i will whole heartedly disagree with your little comment. equal force was not used in this situation, because as you can see, while the protestors are not being compliant with the officers, they are not being aggressive or violent. how about you, and people like yourself, stop granting law enforcement officials to turn our country into a police state.

  • @jptothetree That just shows that your piece of paper from what ever college you went to, doesn't mean you got any smarter. What exactly are you planning on doing with that degree?Based upon my training and experience the amount of force was justified. And that decision depends on each agency's "use of force continuum. As far as our country being a police state, we aren't there buddy, but if it were, i'd consider it job security.

  • why don't all of you shut the fuck up cause Im pretty sure none of you were there to see this happen? YEAH FUCK ALL OF YOU!

  • @VexLuthor Well said. Even better if the cops could pop a cap in their asses, eh?

  • @dave28lax would be better to pop a cap in your ass.

  • @BronchoKyle I don't think it'd fit, plus I wouldn't want to get shit all over my cap.

  • The administrator didn't hold the pepper spray can, but she did send those riot police to that peaceful protests, and so she should be held just as responsible.

And what heartless policeman uses pepper spray on kids sitting on the ground, doing NOTHING?! Fire them. Fire them immediately, I do NOT want them on our police force. I don't care that he warned them in advance... that doesn't make it any more right--that doesn't justify it!

  • @carlotta4th agreed

  • "Administrative leave" = no consequences with pay

  • Read the Declaration of Independence, the US Constitution, the Federalist Papers, Geo Washington's Farewell Address, Bastiat's essay The Law. When you know this is a republic (rule of law) not a democracy (mob rule) you understand what we are to be. RESTORE AMERICA 2012 RON PAUL 'There are two ways to conquer a nation. One is by the sword.
