Different years of duramax engines. LBZ is 2007 and newer, LMM is i believe 2006. I'm not 100% sure on that.

@hollnolan the type of duramax like 01 to 04 ithink was the lb7 then 04-05 1/2 was the lly then the 05 1/2 - 07 was the lbz and the 07 1/2- 10 r the lmm's. the new 2011 duramax's r gunna be the lml's
