@ExtremeCostumes Thank for this! Our own freaky snowman is almost complete! We used chicken wire and also added a frame made out of coat hangers to reinforce it.  We plan on taking this to the streets of Vancouver BC Canada and adding a donation box with proceeds going to BC Children's Hospital. We will be filming from a hidden location, as well as with a GoPro HD cam inside the head. We will likely post to YouTube, and would like to credit you and the team at RIP films for the idea. that's not chicken wire, that's carpenters mesh. Chicken wire is octagon shaped opening. Carpenters mesh is square and has smaller openings. I agree, what is wonderflex? Very nice though. The sunglasses idea is great!

@SnappyBoy20 I don't know, I found some chicken wire in the celler...and used it, less then one sheet of " wonderflex", about 7-8 cans of foam, 5-6 cans of white spraypaint. It's not like I took inventory when I made, It was just fun

I have worked with several different kinds of spray foam insulation. After spraying around windows, doors, and even using a spray foam kit to insulate whole walls, I can totally see the flexibility of the spray foam. I never would have thought of using it for a costume but, the stuff is really easy to work with, and for a costume like Freaky, get a hole or tear, spray on more foam and you're done. Great job and thumbs up for creativity!

For most of my costumes it takes months and months of effort, so.... till I can quite the day job, only a few MEGA projects a year.
