I hav a 10 year old atk prestige, only bad thing is if you wont to sell it after you will be forsed to almost giv it away. iv seen these go for around £100........ so get a second hand one if you havnt got 1 alredy . the open wood neck can realy drink up oil as well giving a realy warm and deep tone.. chek out our tunes " roots" and "rain" for a big ATK sound xx
@Zackr27 You're right, and let me tell you it is a great bass. I'm recording now and it has an amazing sound and I love the elixer strings too. You will be very happy I assure you.
blackburn!? do you give lessons? i would like to learn a lot more theory behind bass guitar and some tricks, but no bassest i've seen from this area are interested in groove, funk, slap/tap kind of stuff :*(
I've owned 4 Ernie Ball Music Man basses and the Ibanez ATK series is a great alternative for the money. I own a 305 (5 string) and a 700 (4 string) series. The only EBMM bass that I have owned that beat the ATK's was a 5 string with a Status graphite neck.
Is there any way to get a left handed one of these

@nemakur I've had a highway 1 bass and would chose the ATK hands down over it. Save yourself some cash and have a better bass to boot.
