Certainly you dont lead out and bet and fold to a raise. She messed up Juanda's big hand because he was forced to come over the top after a bet and a call

If she doesnt bet Daniel checks it to Juanda and Juanda bets 15K and she wouldve called with her draw and Daniel might of check raised all in or at the very least called the 15K. Who knows what that turn card wouldve been

If she doesnt want to build a big pot and get all her money in, she should take the passive approach and just check-call.

But it's true what you say, her best play was probably to check-call because if someon has a J they won't fold it to a flush draw. In this case two J were out. Daniels plan was to see another card to hopefully catch his kicker for a boat since anyone calling would either have another J or a flush draw. If the flush comes he can fold.
